2016 South Texas Grain Grading Workshop

The Program: The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will conduct a one-day workshop on the grading of grain sorghum, corn, and soybeans.  The workshop is designed to help grain handlers in recognizing features of grain that affect its grade.   Participants will work hands-on with grain samples to learn about the importance of grading grain, grain grading standards, proper sampling techniques, and how to identify the different types of damage and its impacts on grade.
