Lisa Patterson is the program manager for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Tax Workshops. Her mission is to equip others with the building blocks to success. As an educator for more than thirty-five years, she applies her knowledge and skills as a program strategist and senior learning designer to train and coach her team of subject matter experts. Together they develop and deliver learner-centered curriculum, instruction, and evaluation using data analysis and her proprietary Learning Rubric as a standard for excellence. She focuses on continuous improvement to better serve the community.
