Emmy Kiphen is an Extension Program Specialist II with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service located in College Station. Emmy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness in 2003 and a Master of Education in Agricultural Education in 2004, both from Texas A&M University. During her course studies, she received certificates in International Business from Mays Business School and Texas Secondary Teaching in Agricultural Production.
Emmy is responsible for Extension program evaluation in the Department of Agricultural Economics. Her works concentrate in the Master Marketer Educational System, basis data website, cooperative marketing, community development, and associated social media. Her focus is on developing distance educational material for the state of Texas, paying special attention to creating interactive web-based learning and evaluation modules.
