- October 24, 2025 – Since early September, drought conditions and intensity have spread across much of U.S. winter wheat production country. The forecast is for good moisture prospects for much of this area the next 7days.
- October 17, 2025 – No updates on U.S. supply and demand from the WASDE and Crop Production publications. CONAB released estimates for Brazilian grain for 2025/26. Not surprisingly exports of both soybeans and corn are projected higher in the new marketing year.
- October 1, 2025 – Compared to the latest crop estimates in the September WASDE, wheat harvested acres and average yield were revised higher in the Small Grains Summary raising the production total by 58 million bushels.
- September 26, 2025 – With winter wheat planting underway (20% as of September 21) drought conditions are on the rise in the Southern Plains. The current forecast from the Climate Prediction Center calls for La Nina conditions by September/October/November and continue through most of this winter.
