Managing Cattle Enterprise Risk with Electronic Animal Identification

The primary objective of this web site is to help make Texas and U.S. beef producers aware of the products and/or strategies that can assist them in developing and implementing an effective production and economic risk management plan for their operation from the use of data from trace-back compliance. This site demonstrates how individual cow records can be obtained by electronic identification; track that information through a record-keeping system and how that data can be processed into information that can be used for management decision purposes.
