Farm and Ranch Recreation and Tourism

Ranch and farm tourism is pleasure travel involving the direct purchase - or recreational harvest of - agriculture or natural resources products and participation in recreation activities, tours, dining, and overnight stays on ranches, farms and processing facilities (e.g. wineries).

Some examples include a visit to wineries and special events with ranching or agriculture themes; specialty foods and dining; ranch and farm vacations; outdoor recreation (e.g., cross-country skiing, hunting), etc.
