Resource providers need to understand the trials and tribulations that entrepreneurs go through as they start or grow businesses that will bring economic benefits to the community in which they are located. Items listed in this section represent programs that target resource providers who are providing assistance to individual entrepreneurs, are involved in community activities that involve entrepreneurship as an economic development strategy or are helping to develop an entrepreneur ready community environment.
